With the spirit of service and contribution, St. Lawrence Sr.Sec.School conducted its installation ceremony for new leaders for the academic year 2024-25.
The Investiture Ceremony took place on 29th July 24 in the school auditorium . The event was graced by the presence of school Chairman and DICC of Interact Club Haldwani , Rotarian Anil Joshi , Managing Director St. Lawrence, Rotarian Sunil Joshi , Principal St. Lawrence, Mrs Anita Joshi, Vice Principal, Mr. Bhuvnesh Karnatak , Chief Guest, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mr. Nitin Lohani, Guests of honor , President of Rotary Club Haldwani, Rotarian Anil Karnatak , Secretary, Rotary Club Haldwani, Rotarian Puran Singh Papola, Rotarian Lalit Mohan Bhatt, Rotarian Navin Pandey and Principal, Cynthia School, Rotarian P.S. Rautela. Our principal Mrs Anita Joshi welcomed all the guests wholeheartedly.
The festivity began with the prayer to Lord Ganesha seeking his blessings for a bright future followed by a melodious welcome song. Then the DICC, Mr Anil Joshi declared THE MEETING CALLED TO ORDER with which the office bearers marched to the hall which was the striking feature of the event.
Firstly, the Head Boy, Deepak Bisht and the Head Girl, Kanika Bajpeyi along with the entire school cabinet were facilitated with the sashes and badges as a symbol of their responsibility. After this the former President of Interact Club of St .Lawrence Sanjana Bisht shared her experiences and the achievements of the club of the year 2023-24 and motivated the newly elected leaders to work with full dedication.
Then the President, Interact Club, St Lawrence, Sujal Rawat and Secretary, Sunidhi Bisht along with office bearers were bestowed with the sashes and the badges that remarks on the responsibility.
Then all the office bearers took the oath for their responsibility towards the club. The ceremony ensures that the spirit of the Interact Club continues to thrive and inspire future generations. On the same day the newly elected Interact Club organised a plantation drive and planted new trees as a symbol of new beginning and hope for a good future.
