Description: Seeking the blessings of Lord krishna, Janmashtami was celebrated at St Lawrence Sr Sec School, Haldwani on 04 September 2023 with joyous sprit of enthrallment .The event was held at the Captain J.N.Joshi hall. The school commemorated the birth of lord krishna,one of the most powerful and famous reincarnation of Lord Vishnu .The hall was adorned with flowers and decoratives. Students of class 1 to 5 dressed in yellow as Radha- krishna and presented dances and skits . Skits on Mahabharata and "Rasleela" were the striking feature of the event .Dances performed by the students with great excellence kept everyone spell bound. The event ended with some beautiful words by our principal ma'am Mrs Anita Joshi. She praised the efforts of the students and teachers who prepared for the event with great enthusiasm.
