Description: " A man is the sum of his actions, of what he has done, of what he can do, nothing else." Pursuing this wonderful quote, St. Lawrence Senior Secondary School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti with great zest and zeal. The programme was commenced by hoisting the flag by hon. Principal St. Lawrence, Mrs Anita Joshi and respected Vice Principal Mr B.C. Karnatak. After this, both the dignitaries laid wreaths on the portraits of Gandhiji and Shastri ji. All the teaching fraternity along with the students remembered the legends by singing hymns like Vaishnav Jan and Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram. The whole school premise was echoed with the slogans of Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan and Bharat Mata ki Jai. To conclude the programme, hon. Principal ma'am invoked all to take the pledge to follow the path of the truth and non-violence and to instill the value of leadership, simplicity and peace in all the lives. Jai Hind.. Jai Bharat..
